Bandung : Day 1

SALAM AND HELLO! :D

I took three days of from study week starting from Friday until Sunday. Well my study week was for approximately 13 days, so yeah I think a lot of what I had studied earlier according to le study plan kinda drained..somewhere else....so next time I'm definitely studying last minute -_-

Departure from Malaysia at 6am. Arrived at Bandung 7am ish. The moment we arrived, our tour guide standing near the arrival gate with Baba's name on the paper, yes our adventure is just about to begin!

"With AirAsia, now everyone can fly!"

Airport located inside a military camp

Busy city indeed

First thing first, we went to Pasar Baru. Kalau kat Malaysia, something like Pasar Siti Khadijah (Kelantan) or Pasar Payang (Terengganu). It has varieties of telekung, shawls/scarfs, tshirts, toys, bags, wedding outfits, VARSITY jackets (Didnt get a chance to buy one :/), and many more. Its more like a one builiding, the highest we went was level 17. I must say, its definitely cheap here. With Bandung tshirt priced as low as rm7 ringgit. So...my mother bought a lot of tshirts for our relatives and friends.

View from the parking lot. Bandung or more likely to say Indonesia, is quite overpopulated. You barely see the roads from above.

A man with his source of living..playing the violin during traffic lights. This is how they earn their money. Hoping that the drivers would spare some change. :"(

After that, is more shopping at Jalan Riau. Although, the first day, we were just strolling around, eyeing on things...and on the 2nd and 3rd day is when the heavy shopping comes. Lol

Dinner =)
Sedap. Sedap. Sedap.  First dinner we had was Nasi Padang. The moment we were directed to a table, they immediately served all the lauks, like in small plates (pic belom), more than 10 of them -_- but the lauks were different, and all tasted good! Since I'm a TEMPE lover, I knew they would served it and still, it tasted nice as well.

"Mbak, fotonya disini"..said this Mas Joko. I was snapping randomly in the restaurant, he saw me and asked to take a pic of him. Hehe

Our driver/tour guide. Bila balik baru teringat nak tanya nama. Haha

From outside :)

to be continued!
