Ignorant. Yes or no?

Salam.

Fine morning of Thursday. Alhamdulillah my flu and fever is getting slightly better. Chose to slept early yesterday, as I've been drugged by the medicines from KK12's clinic -.-

I guess its not too late to wish Maal Hijrah, welcoming the new month and new year of Islamic Calendar. What are your resolutions? Mine would be same'ol same'ol. I think I need to stress on my istiqamah part though. Its becoming a problem lately :/

Last 2 days was my usrah. This week's task, for me is easy and simple. I had to talk about the current global issues happening lately. And yes, I presume everyone is aware of what has been happening lately. And it touches my heart to finally see how muslims around the world is giving their full support, not to forget there are non-muslims too who understood the conditions. I used this picture as a visual aid, maybe to for them to get a clearer interpretation :

Adorable isnt it? credit : Facebook

While we're celebrating Awal Muharram in a peaceful and harmony here in Malaysia, the poeple in Gaza had something much more 'bizarre' to face. Yes, the Zionists surely had nothing better to do rather than killing the citizens of Gaza. I was not there to witness the bombings of houses, schools, even the administration's building. I was not there to discover corpses and dead bodies of infants, babies, women, men..all blown to pieces. I was also not there to calm the citizens to see their loved ones die, lost or never seen again.

But here I am in Malaysia, safe and sound. Running back and forth to classes, 3 meals once a day, get to see  my parents and family whenever I want and knowing that they are always safe (in shaa Allah), and yes I am happy. But then again, my muslims brothers and sisters across the world is not happy as I would be. The only thing that they could think of is staying alive. But some of them also prefer to become a matyr. The virtuous values of Palestinians.

Our roles  as a Muslim, since we don't have to power to go there and give help. We could :

One thing they forgot to mention is boycotting Israeli Products. Alhamdulillah. I think I have to thank my Umi a millions because she actually was very very strict and firm on this. We havent been to McDonalds (shes like allergic to them lol) and Tesco for years, we dont use Nestle's products at home no more. Thank you Umi once again.

According to reliable sources on Facebook, up to 100++ citizens become matyrs. The number mostly includes infants, babies, women and men. But I've seen lots of pictures of babies and infants. It straightly reminded me of Abrar and Saufi. Cant imagine definitely if both of them had to suffer and die like that T_T. Please protect them ya Allah and let them live. Let them have a future ahead them. Amin.

Due to these incidents, it became a wake-up call for me, for others too. I have to admit lately, Muslims are being tested so much. Dont you think? Its like the events are somehow planned to destroy the Islam. Firstly it was Syria (blood bath, killing innocent people), the innocence muslims (the video that potrayed The Prophet SAW) and now this. We're not in their shoes, we dont actually live in that kind of state, of course. But we have to show endless support to them. If you cant afford to do anything, just du'a. Or at least have a thought of them in your minds AT LEAST. Please please make sure that these things doesnt affect you seasonally. If you know what I mean. Firstly you're all raging to people about this and that, and suddenly when things get quiet, you became the NORMAL you once again. Like I said, its a wake-up call. Never too late to start.

I shall end this post with a happy news.

"Israel and Hamas agree to truce after eight days of attacks in which 162 Palestinians and five Israelis were killed."

Ismail Haniyeh quoted :

"Tiada "KALAH" dlm jihad, selalu "MENANG" dlm apa pun keadaan."

I'm coming to Duduk Diam untuk Gaza this Sunday at KLCC. Are you? :D

*off to class*
